Visual identity, key messages, website, and sales support materials

Our client, a roofing expert, approached us to create a new brand of roof restoration products for worn-out surfaces. The value proposition: the ability to extend roof lifespan over the long term while reducing material use and costs for customers. Together with Imper-Guard, we developed clear and comprehensive key messages tailored to each target audience (personas), along with systems to easily understand when and how to apply the products depending on roof type. We also crafted messaging specifically aimed at: roofers and contractors looking to add Imper-Guard products to their service offering; building owners interested in an alternative to full roof replacement; and end customers who want to apply the products themselves on their property.

The visual identity was then designed with flexibility in mind, allowing for the future creation of additional systems. It was rolled out across various tools to help Imper-Guard reach potential customers and support sales efforts: photo shoot, presentation materials, product-specific documentation (labels, technical data sheets, safety data sheets, warranty certificates). The website was developed in both French and English, featuring scalable functionalities and dynamic animations. An initial Google Search Ads campaign was launched to attract customers, with additional brand awareness campaigns to follow.
